Work on Something Important.

Build and scale the core matching engine. You will work on embedding model training, vector retrieval systems, and the adapter infrastructure that maps between embedding spaces.

Own the product surface for our matching platform: APIs, dashboards, and developer tools. TypeScript, Next.js, and a strong sense for developer experience.

Advance the science behind person embeddings and representation learning. Publish papers, run experiments, and translate research into production systems.

Own the pipeline from first conversation to signed contract. You will identify companies with high-value matching problems, run technical demos, and close enterprise deals. Prior experience selling ML infrastructure or developer tools is a strong signal.
